PROJECT GRAD VOLUNTEER CORNER

It’s easy to get involved at SRHS -- and Project Grad is a great place to start!

There are so many ways you can help with the success of this huge annual event that our graduating seniors look forward to year after year. 

Project Grad 2009 is looking for volunteers in the following areas.  If you would like to be a part of helping put on this fantastic event, please contact Patty Colis, Project Grad Volunteer Chair, at gocollis@comcast.net. 

Project Grad is recruiting for the following Positions:

Clean Up Co-Chair

___ Pre-Party Preparations -- Times vary March, April & May
Got an extra hour or two?  Help with decorations, fundraising, reservations, staffing or food preparation just to name a few. 

___ Party Set Up -- Daily May 22nd - Friday May 29th
Setup begins on the evening of Friday, May 22 and continues daily through Friday, May 29th.    Volunteering is primarily in the evenings during this 8-day period.  You can volunteer for 1 or several evenings -- whatever your schedule allows.

___ Project Grad Nite!  -  Friday, May 29th (8:00 PM - 4:00 AM)
Over 250 volunteers (Frosh, Sophomore & Junior parents only) are needed to help staff Project Grad.  Positions include Coat Check, Beverages, Food, Carnival, Casino, Prizes, Chaperoning & Entertainment).  Two shifts available:
___ Early Shift  (8:00 PM - Midnight)
___  Late Shift (Midnight - 4:00 AM)

___ After the Party -- Saturday, May 30th (6:00 AM - Noon)
For the early birds who can’t stay up all night and Chaperone.  …..we can certainly use your help with clean-up Saturday Morning, May 30th ,6:00AM-Noon
