To complete your reservation, print the form here, or pick up one in the office. Fill it out, and both you and your parent/guardian sign. If you need scholarship
help, also pick up a signed form from Ms. Baldenegro or Mr. Coscarelli.
Return completed form(s) with payment to the Project Grade box in the main

Early reservations will earn bonus Grand Prize raffle tickets (you will be VERY
happy you have those when you see the Grand Prizes this year!) if we receive
your reservation by April 30th.
As an incentive to get the reservations in before the last week of school, we are
also offering Fast Track entry - any reservations received by May 21 will not
have to wait for their reservation to be processed at the door.
Reservations will be taken at the school in the Student Store during lunch the
following dates:

STUDENTS WHO RESERVE BY FRIDAY 5/21 WILL HAVE "FAST TRACK" ENTRY INTO PROJECT GRAD. NO DELAY AT THE DOOR FOR YOUR
RESERVATIONS TO BE COMPLETED
During the final week of school, Project Grad reservations will be sold during lunch
(Tues. 5/25 - Thurs. 5/27) and at the Senior Breakfast (if there are any students who
have not taken advantage of the early registration bonuses) but there could be a delay
at the door for your late registration to be processed.
RESERVATION 'SCHOLARSHIP' help is available. See Ms. Baldenegro or
Mr. Coscarelli to have a scholarship form signed by them, then return the scholarship
form with your reservation and adjusted payment.
