Calendar for 2009 Project Grad

There is a critical need for help during Project Grad -

We need to staff late shift - things will be closed down if we can't staff the areas like casino and carnival.
Time:
12 midnight to 4 AM during Project Grad
Location:
SRHS Project Grad

We need help cleaning up on Saturday morning.  Arrive at 6 am, we finish around 10 or 11am.  Bring a friend, it really can be fun doing this with a friend.

Below are the times we will be setting up Project Grad. We would love to have drop-in parents come by
and help any of these times! We always need help!

Thursday, May 28th, 5:30-9:30PM
Friday, May 29th, 10AM-3PM
Location:
Santa Rosa High School North Gym
Note to Senior Parents:  Although you will not be working the night of Project Grad 2009, you are invited to participate in the planning and set up of the BIG Event.
